You’ll receive one box of live plants for your wall that will need to be installed within 24 hours of delivery. Each plant lives in a hydropic pod designed to support plant growth and purify air. Simply arrange and insert pods into the wall to get the look you desire. Fill the water tank, step back and enjoy.

Do the plants need direct sunlight?
Direct lighting is undesirable for Taiga, as it can burn the plant leaves and damage their health. Any level of indirect light, or even no natural light, is preferable to ensure the plants thrive. This controlled lighting environment helps maintain the plants' vitality and prevents harmful exposure to harsh sunlight that can be magnified through windows.

Does it need power?
Taiga requires a standard power outlet, and if you install multiple Taiga on a wall, additional devices can daisy chain off the first panel for easy setup. For a sleek, cord-free look, you can hide the outlet behind your Taiga. We provide detailed instructions for your electrician if you choose to recess the power outlet behind the devices, ensuring a clean and professional installation.
What if I go on vacation?
Taiga is the perfect solution for plant care while you're on vacation, making Taiga a true vacation enabler. With fully automated watering for 2-3 weeks at a time, your plants will thrive effortlessly in your absence. If your vacation extends beyond that, simply have someone stop by to top off the water tank, and you're all set. You can even share our 30 second video to show them how to refill that tank.

Do I have a choice on plants?
You have a choice of base plants for your living wall: Tropical, Evergreen, and Pet Safe. The Tropical selection offers a bright and energizing look with neon-toned plants, while the Evergreen collection provides a calm, meditative aesthetic with rich dark greens and subtle white accents. While many pet owners find these options suitable, some plant varieties are not safe for pets to ingest; if you have concerns, consider opting for our pet-safe collection.
Do I have a choice on wall color?
Taiga is available in two finish colors, Slate and Snow, to suit your space. Slate features a lightly textured matte charcoal gray powder coat, offering a sophisticated look. Snow boasts an eggshell textured white powder coat, providing a clean and elegant aesthetic.
What is the return policy for the wall?
The Taiga hardware is returnable to Biome within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To process your return, please ensure the item is repackaged in its original packaging, including all cords, adapters, and documentation that were provided. This ensures a smooth return process and proper handling of the returned items.
What is the return policy for the plants?
Plants come with a 90-day warranty under our 90 Day Plant Warranty. To ensure your plants remain covered, make sure your Taiga device is powered on, continuously connected to WiFi, and always has sufficient water. If any plants arrive damaged, please let support know right away. Proper maintenance of these conditions will help your plants thrive and keep them protected under the warranty.
