I’ve installed a few controllers, lots of sprinklers, pvc pipe, valves, etc over the years as a DIY homeowner. Finally replaced my Toro controller from years back with a Gen 2 rachio, and it was very easy and straightforward, including the outdoor enclosure. So nice to be able to schedule more than 7 days, as I have lots of fruit trees, shrubs, etc.

I consider myself to be a good troubleshooter, having come from a background first in repairing electronic audio equipment, and then computer programming where I was usually the one to fix the tricky bugs in our software. So, perhaps I can help with problems people might have here, as long as it’s with equipment I’ve used.

And I’m learning the finer points of setting up the schedules and all the associated settings, so maybe I’ll find help if needed.
