I just installed my new Rachio 3 Smart Controller. I have the app on my iPhone 12. My controller was assembled on June 19, 2019. Installation and wiring was a breeze however, getting my controller to connect to Wi-Fi was very, very, very frustrating. Finally, after two evenings of searching on the web, I found a post about the date of the controller. So, I had my wife download the app to her iPad and set it up thru that. Her iPad was pre 2019 so that worked - finally!!!
