Reviving this old topic with a feature request. Currently the app only allows hourly intervals up to every 6 hours. Can you make this more flexible by either adding a custom field/picker or at least adding every 8 and 12 hour options? I realize I can get water 12 hours by having two fixed daily schedules.

Stewart, that worked THANK YOU. I was able to use a MacBook Pro (running Big Sur) to complete the setup. Clearly an incompatibility issue with iOS 14.2, but for others in the same boat, try a laptop if you have one.

Zachio, I tried all that before I posted as I mentioned in my second point. I can connect to the Rachio network to set up new accessory, but it doesn’t complete and says that the process failed without further detail. Not very helpful of iOS. Stewart, unfortunately I don’t have any iOS 13 devices.

I have the same issue. Can’t connect to HomeKit so stupidly tried to reset wifi and now won’t connect to wifi. I see the controller on app.rach.io but offline and can’t run anything manually trying steps to add via the instructions in app for iOS 14 via the setup new device rachio network results.

I’ll chime in here too. Same problem for me. I have the 16 zone controller with two related issues. I have the 17 updates problem in Home. I got the notice that I couldn’t update the wifi network with my iPhone 11 and followed the directions to use an older iPhone (8) which seemed to work, but …

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I don’t have an Iro yet. I have to rewire my sprinklers which are currently controlled by 3 units scattered around the house. Sure, a virtual link would be useful, if you can send it. Thanks again.

Hello, I stumbled on IRO through the IFTTT website, and I’m very interested. I’ve trolled the FAQ, instructions and community board for information on using IRO with potted plants on my patio. Is there a way to use a combination of soil, shade settings to get the appropriate smart watering?
