Retired engineer. Just starting with Rachio. Appreciate that it is a means to a “right answer” for how much and when to water. Have spent a lot of time e trying to dial in the parameters. First results this Spring were too infrequent watering. Used AI for help. The deeper soak has already yielded better looking lawns. Unexpectedly, I’ve had to adjust my lawn circuit layouts since going full Flex. Water users not reduced. Don’t let rain Bird screw things up.
