Got my first Rachio in 2016. Moving to this year I have purchased 4 units. Two 16 zone units for the condominium property I live at. I’m on the board and take care of the grass watering. We have a 26 zone system. Hope that Rachio will save us some money this year and reduce our water waste. The other two 8 zone units are at my mother-in-law's and her sister town homes. Hoping to improve their grass this year. I know what the Rachio system can do so it should be an interesting year. Right now my learning is around fine tuning my zone programming at my condo. We have a challenging property. Shaded areas, high sun areas, and steep hilly zones along with flat areas. So it's going to be fun.
