Zones Stopped Working

Our backyard zones (4) stopped working. When running the app says it is running but it’s not. Front yard is fine.

Try moving the zone wiring to another one and see if it’s isolated at the Rachio or the zone wiring.

Take the backyard zone (4) and move it to zone 3. Run zone 3 and see if it runs or not. If it runs, you have an issue on the Rachio. If it does not then you have an issues somewhere in the wiring or relay.
