Just curious who does the refurbs for these controllers?
Bought a Rachio 3, dead out of the box. The white and red blink boot error. Just got the replacement today, opened it up, ALSO dead out of the box with the exact same problem.
Requested a brand new one instead of a refurb from tech support but they said they can’t do that. My replacement for my replacement will also be a refurb.
Crossing my fingers this other one works…
