Weather Intelligence not using selected weather station

Weather Intelligence doesn’t seem to be doing anything! Today it rained 5.1mm and rain skip is set to 1.5mm and there is no rain skip recorded. Mobile app shows 0mm rainfall today.

Is this another issue where Rachio 3 only works in US or Canada?
