A zone comes on every OTHER time when turned on. Very consistent behavior: zone is turned on but sprinklers won’t pop up, try again and they do pop up. Try again and they won’t pop up, again and they do. Thoughts?

Just one zone, others work fine? I’d say the valve needs rebuilt.
