Unsubscribe

How do I unsubscribe from this community? Rachio support tells me to Delete Account in the App but this warns you that it will delete all devices. How do I do this without impacting the app functionality?

One way might be (I am not sure if it is enough for you):

1. Click the icon on the far right of the blue banner near the top of the screen (tooltip says “profile, messages, bookmarks and preferences”)
2. At the bottom right of the menu that pops up, click on the silhouette of a person, then click Preferences
3. Click on “Emails” and it will allow you to choose various options dealing with emails

I don’t believe that the community and your Rachio controller account share the same login, so if you are trying to delete and it’s giving you a warning, you are logged into your controller account.

Poking through the community settings on my account, I don’t see how to delete an account, but like @Thomas_Lerman said, you can change your notifications from the community if that is bothering you.
