Transfer zones between rachio 2 and 3

post by Alanj on Oct 14, 2023

Greetings.i just installed acRachio 3 with 16 zones. The old Rachio 2 with 16 zones is offline. Can I transfer the schedule and zones from the old Rachio 2 to the new Rachio 3 ?

Thanks,

Alan

Contact Support

Is the old Rachio 2 offline for a reason? Could it be plugged back in (just power and wifi, no zone wiring) to do the transfer process? If not, like @championc said, contact support and I think they can do it from the cloud side.
