Times not adding up

Zone 1 set to run 29 minutes. It ran 2 cycles for 10 minutes each. That totals 20 minutes. What happened to the other 9 minutes?

Zone 2 set for 29 minutes. It ran for 2 cycles for 14 minutes each. That totals 28 minutes. What happened to the other minute?

Most my zone are like this.

I’m using fixed schedule. Can someone explain what’s happening? Is my unit defective?

Zone 1 is most likely soak time. Check your history. It will show when it is soaking.

Zone 2 is most likely rounding.

There is no mention of soak times throughout the run. All I see is start/complete times.
