Smart House Timer - Can’t Update Firewall

Hello, I just purchased the smart Hose Timer. I downloaded the app, and I can’t update the hub firmware. I have a Google Router and it should automatically connect to the 2.4 ghz network. I even tried with creating a guest network on my Google Home App, but it’s not working.

Please help.
