Skipping schedule

Hi,

To clarify how the rachio shipping works?

I set my allowed depletion to the default value (50%), and my zone soil moisture percentage is 0% this day, the forecast for the balance moisture for tomorrow is 0% meaning that tomorrow it will skip the schedule for tomorrow??
