How does Seasonal Shift work with Flex Daily program that uses a weather station two blocks away? Does it even apply in this environment?

Flex Daily doesn’t really use seasonal shifts. It is a totally dynamic scheduling system that is adjusting monthly, weekly, daily, even hourly depending on conditions.
