Does the soaking delay in a zone schedule block other zone watering that could be started/completed?

If it is part of the same schedule, no. It can move on to the next zone. But it does block another schedule from running.

Be better if the soaking zones were ran after other zones, currently zones run in order, then soak and return to soaking zones, vs using the next zone as soaking, then returning to rerun. Like 1,2,3,2,4,2,5,6 vs 123456, 2, soak, 2
