Replacing Orbit controller with Water Master sensor accessory

I just purchased a Raiche 3 12 zone controller–only using 5 zones.
My Orbit controller has a Water Master accessory which in theory turns off the system when a certain amount of rain accumulates.
This makes the wiring to the controller somewhat different.
I successfully installed the Raiche controller and it is internet functional and indicates the zone is watering, however, the water is NOT turned on.
Need help.

@mbkessler - if you have a picture of the wiring from the Orbit controller post it along with a picture of the Rachio controller wiring.
If there is a master valve in the system, check to see that the Master Valve option is set in the application.

Thanks for your reply. Was able to connect with a Rachio rep via phone and he modified my C wire connection and it’s working properly now.
