Precipitation Differences

The reported precipitation for my chosen weather station is .34. My grass zones properly reflect this value, however my tree zone shows .02. Should they be the same?

I tried refreshing the data every way I know how including choosing a different weather source and then going back to my preferred weather source.

I would certainly think they should be the same. No idea why they are not.
