Orbit Rain Sensor

Trying to connect an Orbit wireless rain/freeze sensor to my Rachio 3 controller. Have tried multiple wiring schemes. No combination of terminations seem to work. Does anyone have a wiring diagram, complete with color codes, that allows the two units to communicate?

Wow! It worked perfectly. Never thought to connect a red and white lead to the same lug. Thanks so much.

The Orbit rain/freeze unit I purchased only has 2 wires a silver and gold. I haven’t had any luck in figuring which terminal to use on my Rachio 3 unit.

TLDR - S1 and 24 VAC - doesn’t matter which wire is in which terminal. Also, set S1 to rain sensor in the app.
