Not adding water to meet depletion rate

I have several zones which aren’t receiving enough water to meet the evapotranspiration rate, and as a result, the soils are drying out. All of my zones are a mix of warm weather grass, shrubs and trees. One example is presently treated as annuals:

What do I need to do to allow more water per day to have a chance to at least meet the ET rates?

I found the watering time settings in the app. I updated them to, hopefully, water long enough to meet worst depletion rate.
