Landscape Fabric, Rachio Settings

I’m using a landscape (pervious) under rock gravel mulch in several planter areas. I’m having issues with too much water in these areas. That a reasonable expectation since evaporation is probably significantly reduced. Any tips on how to best adjust Rachio settings to adjust for this issue?
