Hose timer behavior offline

Hello all. I wanted to ask what the expected behavior of the hose timers are in regards to offline situations. Specifically, if I have a daily schedule of 4 timers, will the timers all run the schedule even if the WiFi hub is disconnected without power, or does the hub need at least power for the schedule to run? Where my house is it is common to have 2-4 hour power outages in the summer during severe thunderstorms. Thanks!
