Connection Problems

I have a first generation Rachio app and it worked fine with my WiFi extender (TP-Link AC750 WiFi Extender (RE220)) until I got a new router (TP-Link AX3000 WiFi 6 Router). Now, my Rachio app won’t sync with the WiFi.

Anyone know why this might be? I would love some advice/ assistance.
