Connect to exising Rachio system

Hi, We recently bought a home which Rachio Gen-2 controller installed. We would like to connect to that controller with our home wireless. Device is connected but It is stuck at “verifying connection”. I tried many times and frustrated. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @hgadupudi-
Sorry for the delayed response. Are you still having issues? My best guess would be the device is still owned by the previous owners of the home. If this is the case, it is a very easy fix! If you contact support, they can either transfer the device (with all of it’s data) over to your account, or clear it so you can start from scratch! Methods of contact can be found here.
