App glitch?

Today is May 22. I have no rain or other skips for my orchard schedule, its 1 zone running drip for 3 hours starting at 9pm I realized it was raining and decided to manualy skip at 10pm. It should have been watering since 9pm. When i opened the app at 10pm watering was not in progress. The history shows it ran already but its a 3 hour program so it could not have started at 9 and finished before 10. Is this a glitch?
