9 White One Red, Critical Software

Hi,

My new unit is flashing 9 Whites and 1 Red in the first quadrant. Unable to connect Wi-Fi. Please help. Yet to hear back from Rachio.

I was in the same flashing light pattern situation. After trying what support suggested, I was told, in not these exact words, too bad and your warranty is up. I was offered a refurbished unit for $25 more than a new one from Costco. I ordered from Costco and so I will give Rachio another try, but something seems fishy here.
