What Does It Mean To Be A Rachio Power User
Becoming a Rachio Power User is the Rachio Community’s highest honor. To get here, you must be nominated and approved by the Rachio HQ Community team after showing dedication to helping others, knowledge of Rachio, and a willingness to be consistently present in the community.
Being named a Rachio Power User means that you have shown the community and the Rachio team that:
- You’ve been using Rachio for more than one growing season
- You’ve been consistently present in the community for more than one season
- You understand how Rachio works
- You have helped others troubleshoot issues from Wi-Fi to wiring to zone and schedule setup
- You’re dedicated to Rachio as a company and a product
- You’re happy to help the Rachio team moderate the community
- You’re a mediator and always have positive and constructive conversations
But heads up! Once named a Rachio Power User, one must keep up with the above expectations or risk losing the Power User title.
In short, being a Rachio Power User means that we, as a company, trust you to speak for us and with us in cases of troubleshooting, product knowledge, and more. We also trust you to be a mediator and keep the community a positive, constructive place.

Aside from having the status of the highest power in Rachio land, you’ll get:
